Your Personal Event Coordinator, Melina Gingras

Melina Gingras is dedicated to making your event perfect.  With several years' experience in customer
service, event planning, and management, she has demonstrated excellence in her field.  Melina has a
reputation for being detail-oriented, planning unique and exciting events, and always keeping her clients'
vision in mind.

While attending UW-Madison, Melina held a number of positions on committees that involved event
planning.  Events ranged from annual cultural fairs for a scholarship group to concerts held in the
student residence hall that she lived in.  In 2002, she joined a committee that planned the Chadbourne
Residential College Olympics, an event that was later voted Madison's Event of the Year.  

She went on to obtain her Master's in Business Administration.  Melina continued to help plan events as
a member of the Graduate Business Association at UW-Milwaukee, coordinating events with
motivational guest speakers.  Other events included hospitality suite gatherings at a sporting events and
holiday parties for business graduates and alumni.
